By using HAWK AI (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service
HAWK is an AI platform offering chat, voice chat, image/file analysis, image generation, a code/Workspace agent and related features. Features may change over time.
2. Subscriptions & Auto‑Renewal
- HAWK Pro is a monthly auto‑renewable subscription.
- The subscription automatically renews each month and continues to renew unless you cancel it.
- On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase; on Android, to your Google Play account.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store (or Google Play) account settings.
- The renewal fee may be charged within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Apple's standard App Store terms (and Google Play's terms on Android) apply to the transaction.
- Refund decisions are subject to Apple's / Google's processes; we do not directly process store refunds.
- Pro features are available for the duration of the active entitlement period.
- Restore Purchases is supported from the subscription screen.
3. Enterprise
The Enterprise plan is a corporate offering and is not an in‑app purchase. Contact us at ***KISISEL-VERI-TEMIZLENDI*** for Enterprise.
4. Instagram / Meta integration (optional)
- You may connect an Instagram professional (Business / Creator) account to HAWK. You may only connect an account you own or are authorised to manage.
- HAWK uses the access token granted by Meta solely to show the account owner the comments and direct messages arriving on that account, and to send the replies the owner writes or approves.
- Your use of the integration is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies (Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram Community Guidelines). Do not use it for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or any content those policies prohibit.
- Automation is off by default; nothing is posted to your account unless you enable it and the reply is written or approved by you.
- You can remove the connection at any time, and you can have the stored Instagram data erased — the steps are in the Privacy Policy, section 5 (data deletion).
- Meta may change or withdraw its API permissions at any time; if that happens the integration's features may stop working, which is outside our control.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for illegal activity, to infringe others' rights, or to generate harmful content. You are responsible for the content you submit.
6. AI output
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for professional, legal, medical or financial decisions without independent verification.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Kullanım Şartları

HAWK AI'yı ("hizmet") kullanarak bu şartları kabul edersin. Kabul etmiyorsan hizmeti kullanma.
1. Hizmet
HAWK; sohbet, sesli sohbet, görsel/dosya analizi, görsel üretme, kod/Workspace ajanı ve ilgili yapay zeka özelliklerini sunan bir platformdur. Özellikler zamanla değişebilir.
2. Abonelik & Otomatik Yenileme
- HAWK Pro aylık, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir.
- Abonelik her ay otomatik yenilenir ve iptal edilmediği sürece yenilenmeye devam eder.
- iOS'ta ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple ID hesabından; Android'de Google Play hesabından tahsil edilir.
- Aboneliğini App Store (veya Google Play) hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin.
- Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilebilir.
- İşleme Apple'ın standart App Store koşulları (Android'de Google Play koşulları) uygulanır.
- İade kararları Apple / Google süreçlerine tabidir; mağaza iadelerini biz doğrudan işlemeyiz.
- Pro özellikleri, aktif hak süresi boyunca kullanılabilir.
- Satın Alımları Geri Yükle (Restore Purchases) abonelik ekranından desteklenir.
3. Enterprise
Enterprise planı kurumsal bir tekliftir ve uygulama içi satın alma değildir. Enterprise için ***KISISEL-VERI-TEMIZLENDI*** adresinden bize ulaş.
4. Instagram / Meta entegrasyonu (opsiyonel)
- HAWK'a bir Instagram profesyonel (Business / Creator) hesabı bağlayabilirsin. Yalnızca sahibi olduğun veya yönetmeye yetkili olduğun bir hesabı bağlayabilirsin.
- HAWK, Meta'nın verdiği erişim jetonunu yalnızca hesaba gelen yorum ve doğrudan mesajları hesap sahibine göstermek ve sahibin yazdığı ya da onayladığı yanıtları göndermek için kullanır.
- Entegrasyonu kullanman aynı zamanda Meta'nın kendi koşullarına ve politikalarına tabidir (Instagram Kullanım Koşulları, Meta Platform Koşulları, Instagram Topluluk Kuralları). Spam, toplu istenmeyen mesaj veya bu politikaların yasakladığı içerik için kullanma.
- Otomasyon varsayılan olarak kapalıdır; sen açmadıkça ve yanıtı yazmadıkça/onaylamadıkça hesabına hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
- Bağlantıyı istediğin zaman kaldırabilir, kayıtlı Instagram verilerinin silinmesini isteyebilirsin — adımlar Gizlilik Politikası, 5. bölümde (veri silme) anlatılır.
- Meta API izinlerini her zaman değiştirebilir veya geri çekebilir; bu olursa entegrasyonun özellikleri çalışmayı durdurabilir — bu bizim kontrolümüz dışındadır.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hizmeti yasa dışı faaliyet, başkalarının haklarını ihlal veya zararlı içerik üretmek için kullanma. Gönderdiğin içerikten sen sorumlusun.
6. Yapay zeka çıktısı
Yapay zeka yanıtları hatalı veya eksik olabilir. Profesyonel, hukuki, tıbbi veya finansal kararlar için bağımsız doğrulama olmadan güvenme.
7. Sorumluluk
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
