Executive Summary

HAWK AI is not merely a question-answering chatbot; it is an AI operating system with its own independent brain, persistent memory, a multi-agent system, and an approval-gated security layer. The system is live today.

The independent brain is the Qwen2.5-72B large language model running on our own GPU infrastructure (RunPod), orchestrating agents via tool-calling. Persistent memory is held on Supabase (text) and Cloudflare R2 (files). The Executive Agent coordinates the whole system and delivers a daily briefing to the operator.

The HAWK token (BNB Smart Chain, BEP-20) is the access and value layer of the ecosystem. This document clearly labels features that actually work today as "LIVE" and planned ones as "ROADMAP".

Problem

Most current AI products are limited by three core constraints:

• Dependency: They are locked to third-party APIs; cost, quota and privacy control are not in the user's hands.
• Memorylessness: They forget when a session ends; there is no enterprise context or continuity.
• Passivity: They respond only when asked; they cannot monitor and act autonomously.

The result: assistants that do not scale, have unclear privacy, and cannot be safely wired into real business processes.

HAWK AI Solution

HAWK AI directly solves these three problems:

• Independent brain CANLI · LIVE: Qwen2.5-72B on our own GPU — breaking provider lock-in.
• Persistent memory CANLI · LIVE: With Supabase + R2 everything is consolidated in the cloud, providing cross-session continuity.
• Autonomous agents CANLI · LIVE: A continuously running loop monitors the system, catches error/disk/security events, and acts.
• Approval-gated security CANLI · LIVE: Critical operations such as payments, token actions and applications are never performed without operator approval.

Architecture

HAWK runs on a containerized (Docker) micro-service architecture: a FastAPI core, a Next.js frontend, PostgreSQL, Redis and a Caddy reverse-proxy. CANLI · LIVE

Core components: Engine (single LLM entry point, standards-compatible), Agent Loop (tool-calling agentic loop), Swarm (parallel agent controller), Guardian OS (health + security monitoring), Scheduler (scheduled tasks), and the Communication Hub (multi-channel notifications).

Multi-Agent System

The Swarm engine runs parallel agent tasks with a dynamically scaling worker pool (currently 50 workers). CANLI · LIVE Each task is executed by a profiled agent (agent_loop) with tool-calling, and the result is persistently stored.

Agents access a tool engine (web search, memory, system report, consulting an external expert model, etc.). Tasks are submitted via the API; status and result are observable. Worker count can be scaled up/down at runtime.

Independent LLM (RunPod Qwen 72B)

HAWK's brain is the Qwen2.5-72B-Instruct model running on our own GPU infrastructure (RunPod). CANLI · LIVE The model exposes a standard function-calling API, so agents can use real tools.

The architecture is provider-agnostic: the engine can be switched via configuration. The independent brain reduces dependency on third-party quotas and price volatility and strengthens privacy. A controlled fallback mechanism exists for resilience during transition.

Memory Architecture (Supabase + R2)

Text memory is persisted on Supabase (user memory, long-term memory, tasks, conversations, file records). CANLI · LIVE Writes use a fail-safe dual-write; the local record and the cloud are updated together.

Large files (images, audio, video, backups) are written to Cloudflare R2; local disk is used only as a temporary working area. CANLI · LIVE This prevents disk bloat and secures data offsite.

Executive Agent

The Executive Agent is HAWK's chief coordinator. CANLI · LIVE It gathers real system state — health, disk, open findings, swarm, brain engine, communication channels, token visibility — and synthesizes a management briefing with the independent brain (Qwen-72B): overall status, daily goals, detected gaps and a recommended next step.

The briefing is delivered to the operator via the priority channel (Telegram). The entire report is based on real measurements; nothing is fabricated.

Token Utility

The HAWK token is the ecosystem's access and value layer:

Silver Membership

YOL HARİTASI · ROADMAP Silver is an entry-level membership positioned below Gold, providing access to core premium features. It is currently under development and not yet live; its scope will be finalized on the roadmap.

Gold Membership

CANLI · LIVE Gold membership is the premium tier live today, verified by token ownership. Features that actually work:

• Exclusive Lounge: A messaging area open only to Gold members.
• Member calls (WebRTC): Voice/video calls between members (invite, respond, signaling).
• Social upload: Image/video upload to the Gold social feed (files on R2).

Marketplace

YOL HARİTASI · ROADMAP A marketplace for buying and selling agents and tools is planned: third-party developers publishing agents/tools, payment via token, and revenue sharing. Not yet live.

Security

• Approval gate: Critical operations such as payments, tokens, wallets, applications and DNS are not executed without operator approval.
• Guardian OS: Continuously monitors health, disk, SSL and security events; alerts/calls the operator in critical situations.
• Self-healing: Detects recurring errors and runs a remediation cycle.
• Secret management: Secret keys are never logged or committed to version control.

Privacy

Thanks to the independent brain, inference can be performed on our own infrastructure; data dependency on third-party models is reduced. CANLI · LIVE Memory is held in Supabase and R2 accounts under the operator's control. Secret keys reside only in server environment variables.

Roadmap (2026-2028)

Goals for 2026 H2 and beyond are roadmap; they are not live today.
